Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Right at Home Morgantown. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and vulnerable adults by providing personalized care and support in their own homes. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality care and is committed to improving the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and doing dishes
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
Provide companionship and engage in activities such as reading, music, or puzzles
Assist with transferring/moving clients from place to place throughout their home
Perform range of motion exercises and other therapies as prescribed
Provide dementia care and support
And other care activities as needed and assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
Pass a background check
CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred
