Hiring Now: Available Positions and Service Areas

We make every effort to match caregivers with clients close to their preferred locations, helping reduce commuting time while considering their availability. Whenever possible, we aim to provide assignments within an estimated 15–20-minute commute.

We're currently accepting applications for Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for immediate opportunities throughout Central Los Angeles, particularly in these areas:

  • Mid-Wilshire and Beverly Grove — ZIP Codes 90036 and 90048

  • Koreatown and Wilshire Center — ZIP Codes 90005, 90010, and 90020

  • Hancock Park and Larchmont Village — ZIP Code 90004

What You'll Be Doing

As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll deliver compassionate, non-medical support that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and promoting meaningful social engagement

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks

  • Offering medication reminders

  • Building positive and professional relationships with clients, their families, and fellow team members

  • Providing consistent and reliable care by maintaining punctuality and following assigned schedules

Qualifications and Requirements

We're looking for applicants who meet the following qualifications:

  • At least one year of professional caregiving experience

  • Must be 18 years old or older

  • Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to obtain registration

  • Current TB clearance

  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications

  • Ability to pass the required background check
