Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
Support mobility and transfers
Record vital signs and monitor intake/output
Assist during mealtimes
Maintain a clean, safe environment
Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
