About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll help clients manage everyday activities while supporting their ability to continue living independently at home.

Your role goes beyond completing daily tasks. You'll provide thoughtful, compassionate assistance that helps clients feel respected, valued, and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Help with meal preparation and light household tasks

  • Provide companionship and support with daily routines

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
