Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

  • Assists with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Takes vital signs, reports any changes or concerns to nursing staff

  • Supports the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients, including infection control practices

  • Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
