SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Canton, MA! We are looking for dedicated caregivers who enjoy supporting others and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable providing care in clients' homes
Dependable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
Complete vaccination records preferred
