IntelyCare

Registered Nurse (RN)

$45 - $53 / hour

Earn an hourly rate of up to $53 as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Norfolk, VA and also have complete control over your work schedule. At IntelyCare, we let our nurse professionals choose when, and how often, they work by offering them a wide range of shifts at our partner facilities. But we also offer something else — the stability and benefits of W2 employment.

As a nurse founded company, we're tired of seeing so many of our colleagues being forced to choose between their careers and their personal lives because of an inflexible — and outdated — staffing model. Our approach is simple. We give our nurses and aides the complete flexibility they need coupled with the full support that only an employer can provide.

Imagine if you could set your own schedule. You could take days off whenever you want to catch some warm rays at Ocean View Beach Park or to recharge with calm walks around the Norfolk Botanical Garden. Or maybe you'd prefer weekend shifts to continue your education at Norfolk State University? Whatever your life demands, now's your chance to have a job that won't get in the way. Here are more reasons to consider joining our amazing team today.

"IntelyCare allows me to have the work-life balance I needed. Working for this company is a privilege – my life has been better ever since!"

"I really enjoy working with IntelyCare! The app is very easy to use, the staff is always available and helpful, and the pay is great! I have completed shifts through IntelyCare in three different states and I can’t complain. This company is very organized!"

"IntelyCare gives you the opportunity to work on your own terms. It offers you the flexibility to work when you want and gives you all the tools necessary to achieve financial freedom. They display the amount of money you’ll make prior to accepting a shift and allows you to work overtime, which is great."
