IntelyCare

Registered Nurse (RN)

$52 - $56 / hour

Make as much as $56 an hour as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Columbiana, OH with a job that lets you choose when, where, and how often you work. At IntelyCare, you get your choice of shifts at any of our partner facilities — but there's more. You also get the benefits and sense of security that comes with a W2 job. It's just the right combination of freedom and support to give you the work-life balance you've always wanted.

As a company founded by and for nurses, we've seen too many of our colleagues struggling under an outdated — and inflexible — model of nurse staffing. But we have an alternative that's not only helping to ease the record levels of burnout, but also the dire staffing shortage facing healthcare facilities. By building our company around nurse work-life balance, we're able to help facilities fill their shifts with nurses and aides who are rested, recharged, and ready to deliver excellent care.

When you set your work schedule, you can leave more time for the things that matter. Want to work less in the summer to keep active with the kids at Firestone Park and have time to enjoy the Moonlight Family Swim Event? Not a problem. Or maybe you'd only like weekend shifts so you can keep your education on track at Hannah E. Mullins School of Practical Nursing? Whatever you need to live a full life, you deserve a job that won't get in the way. Find out more about this unique opportunity below and consider joining our team today.
