Job Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
  • Reviewing various care options with the medical team, residents, and their family members
  • Coordinating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans
  • Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans

The schedule will be Monday through Friday and on call GENERAL SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Nursing is an RN who is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in the Health Center.
