Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION: The Milieu Manager provides leadership on the units; supervising and assigning daily tasks to MHS staff. Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and supports the facility’s treatment program and philosophy. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Provides milieu support for staff and residents as needed and is a first response coordinator in times of crisis to assist with therapeutic intervention.
