Qualifications You have at least one year of experience working in senior care. Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations. You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state. You have basic computer skills. You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
