Document daily care activities and communicate with other caregivers to ensure continuity of care. Respect the client’s dignity, cultural beliefs, and end-of-life wishes at all times. Skills/Qualifications Strong compassion and empathy in supporting clients and families during sensitive times. Ability to provide gentle personal care while maintaining dignity and respect. Good communication skills for interacting with families, clients, and the care team. Emotional resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of safe mobility and transfer techniques preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
