Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals or family members. Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying. Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided. Requirements: Prior experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to adapt to varying needs and work well under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to work day, evening, or overnight shifts as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
