Key Responsibilities: Assistance with Daily Living: Support residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, eating, toileting, and other daily activities. Emotional Support: Provide emotional and social support to foster a warm, caring environment. Service Plan Adherence: Ensure all specific care needs are met in accordance with residents’ service plans. Training & Mentorship: Assist in training new caregivers and serve as a resource for fellow staff. Care Coordination: Review resident care schedules daily for accuracy and completion. Documentation: Follow departmental documentation standards and communicate any resident concerns to supervisors. Safety & Compliance: Know emergency procedures and health regulations to maintain a safe environment.
