Provides back up support for Patient Service Representative (PSR) according to the PSR job description. Provides age/culturally appropriate care as delegated. Assists with maintaining just in time inventory of supplies and medications and consults with appropriate staff as needed. Utilizes appropriate techniques in cleaning equipment, work area, and exam rooms. Uses proper processes for reporting malfunction of equipment and takes out of service as needed. Works with the healthcare team to ensure medical information is present at the time of visit. Serves as a patient advocate, proactively working to identify and resolve patient concerns while practicing within FHN policies and procedures.
