Final interviews and approval is completed by the clinical leadership or Administrator. H. Provides assistance with orientation, coaching and mentoring to ensure the success of CNAs in the performance of their duties. Makes recommendations for counseling to the clinical leadership. I. Provides feedback to clinical leadership regarding CNA daily and annual performance evaluation feedback. J. Make daily rounds to ensure that nursing personnel are performing required duties, and to ensure appropriate procedures are being followed. Make physical rounds of all customers daily. Place orders for equipment and supplies as necessary following established budgetary guidelines and assists with the distribution of supplies to ensure that the CNAs have all necessary equipment and supplies. P. Assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other customer services to ensure the continuity of the customers total care regimen. Q. Monitor and perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, studies, charting, etc., as necessary. R. Monitor absenteeism to ensure that an adequate number of nursing care personnel are on duty at all times. Report problem areas to the Director. S. Assist and maintain general organization of nursing units. T. Provide the Director of Nursing with information relative to the nursing needs of the customers and the nursing service department’s ability to meet these needs. U.
