Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting). Negative TB test within the last 12 months (or willingness to complete one). Ability to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance (preferred for client transportation). Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely using equipment such as gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and transfer boards (training provided if needed).
