The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hospice House provides direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, mobility, meals, and hygiene. CNAs also provide emotional support to patients and families, maintain a safe and clean environment, and ensure that care is documented accurately and communicated effectively within the care team. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and hygiene to patients in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist patients with safe ambulation, transfers, positioning, and range of motion (ROM) exercises. Prepare and serve meals while ensuring safe feeding techniques.
