JOB SUMMARY: The C.N.A. provides personal care to residents under the supervision of the licensed nursing personnel. Personal care activities include bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, ambulation, ensuring fluids and foods are offered throughout the shift. Additionally, the C.N.A. records information regarding the residents’ activities of daily living. The C.N.A. performs vital signs and weighs residents as directed by the licensed nurse. The C.N.A. is responsible for helping to maintain a clean unit. Responsible for helping to make the residents and their families feel care for and appreciated. This role is essential in providing high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting our nursing team in delivering exceptional service to our residents. Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse. The CNA plays a vital role in maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and safety while assisting with daily care needs in a skilled nursing environment.
