Overview The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible to provide assistance to the support staff with the daily activities of individuals, provide ongoing support, guidance, role modeling and providing assistance in meeting clients medical and health need. Participate in training, quality improvement, and team collaboration. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Certification: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or be willing to obtain certification within three months of hire. Experience: Experience working with individuals with severe disabilities is preferred but not required. Skills: Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues, students, and families. Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
