Saluda, Virginia Overview Works under the supervision of Nursing Manager/Supervisor. Administers restorative care treatments as determined by the interdisciplinary team. Documents restorative care in EMR and monitors CNA documentation when they provide restorative care to residents. What you will do Maintains appropriate medical records for each patient. Documents restorative care in EMR. Monitors for compliance in documentation of CNA's providing restorative care.
