Develops test questions for Annual Clinical Review (ACR) online testing database, utilizing test construction principles and assembles unit specific ACR test. Qualifications Education/Training • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. • Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department. Licensure/Certification • Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license. • National specialty certification in area of practice must be obtained within two (2) years of hire, except in cases where there is no certification available. • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification. • ACLS, TNCC are required for certain areas. Variable (United States of America) Registered Nurse- Emergency Department Port Orange (Clinical Educator) The Clinical Educator is responsible for the assessment, design, delivery and evaluation of the orientation, education, training, and staff development of the nursing workforce throughout all in-patient entities of Halifax Health. The Clinical Educator supports the development of nursing related positions and fosters knowledge and skill enhancement through the delivery of evidenced based nursing practice. This position is responsible for facilitating the educational process through assessment, design, planning, implementation and evaluation of competency assessment programs, orientation, continuing education, training activities and on-going professional development.
