About the Role Outfield Health Care Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations at our Skilled Nursing facility in Independence, Missouri . The ADON works directly under the Director of Nursing (DON) and assists with daily clinical leadership, staff supervision, compliance, and resident care oversight. In the absence of the DON, the ADON carries delegated authority to ensure continuity of care and smooth facility operations.
