RN Supervisor Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Patient Coordinator and Clinical Manager to ensure accurate clinical documentation for reassessments and admissions. Initiate and revise the plan of care, medical orders, Medication Administration Records (MAR), and Treatment Administration Records (TAR) as needed.
