Position Summary: Provides assistance in participants daily routine, activities and personal care at their place of residence. Key Responsibilities: Helps to provide a comprehensive plan to meet clients needs, daily as well as long term. Maintains records of client’s daily activities, including general condition of client. Environmental exposures may include traffic hazards, infectious agents, extreme temperatures, variable home conditions, and hazardous materials.
