Maintain regular communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience. Track recruitment activities and candidate referrals. Qualifications Experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, sales, marketing, or business development is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. Reliable transportation for community outreach and recruiting events within Westchester County. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
