Completion of a home health aide course (75 hours in length), or one to two years recent home health, hospice, or hospital experience, or a certified nursing assistant certificate with six months experience, or student nurse experience and successful completion of course in fundamental in nursing in an RN program. Must have own car and adequate insurance coverage. Must have a current Indiana driver’s license. Must pass criminal record check prior to employment. Successful completion of ISHHA standardized test prior to employment. Must be free of infectious disease.
