English proficiency is required. Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a strong work ethic. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving over 50 pounds without assistance and assisting with mobility. Special skills and previous experience with Hoyer Lifts, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care are strongly encouraged. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation. Pass a background check and other relevant checks. Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate must be obtained within 14 days of employment start date. Job Description: Essential Functions: Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers. Monitors patients' vital signs and records their medical histories. Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provides emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Education Requirement: Graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing, required.
