About the Role As a Right at Home Weekday Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support. Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Providing medication reminders. Assisting with mobility and transportation. Safety supervision and peace of mind. Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app. Communicating effectively with our office team. Skills & Experience We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have: Successfully pass a background check. Reliable transportation and valid ID. Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.
