This position is part of our Seven-On/Seven-Off alternative staffing plan, which offers superb work-life balance and flexibility. Shift: An employee accepted into this role will be scheduled to work seven consecutive days. You will be on-call from 5:00 pm through 8:00 am Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. You will make hospice visits while on call during the week and will help on weekends by making home care and hospice visits. You will then be off for the following seven days so you will enjoy 26 weeks of time off per year with the opportunity to pick up extra visits during your off weeks if you desire. Performing start of care and routine home care visits on weekends. Performing appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures including wound and ostomy care on weekends.
