We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (MedSurg RN) to join our acute care nursing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment while supporting additional inpatient units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands. This position is primarily assigned to the Medical Surgical unit but may float to other appropriate acute care units within the hospital according to competency, experience, and operational needs. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Minimum of 1 year of recent MedSurg or acute care nursing experience preferred Current BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical environment Previous float or cross-training experience preferred We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. The ideal candidate is experienced in providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting additional acute care units as patient care needs require. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Emergency Department experience preferred Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required TNCC preferred Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment Previous float pool or multi-unit experience preferred
