Education Specialization: NRG Essential: true Other Information EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND SKILLS: Completion of orientation process as described in the Critical Care Competency Policy, and as outlined for the care of the post-operative cardiothoracic surgery patient and general surgery patient requiring critical care nursing skills. Open-heart trained within one year of hire and with manager approval. Interpersonal skills needed to communicate successfully with individuals and groups and interact with people at all levels to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
