Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Required RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama Upon Hire Required BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support within 180 Days Required PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 180 Days Required Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.
