Position of Summary: The Director of Nursing (“DON”) is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and direction of the nursing services department. The DON implements and maintains nursing department goals and objectives, ensures compliance with current standards of nursing practice, company policy and procedure, as well as applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations.
