She/he implements the Nursing Service standards of care and practice, as appropriate to the ages of the patients served and the areas of clinical practice. Utilizes the nursing process in the systematic assessment and formulation of individualized plans of care to meet patient's needs. Documents data collection and assessment plans of care interventions and patient responses per policy. Collaborates with other health care disciplines to coordinate patient care activities and discharge plans. Position is at the Andrus and Dobbs Ferry Pavilions. Qualifications Bachelor in Nursing preferred. Currently licensed and registered to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York. Must possess current BLS Certification; ACLS preferred. Medical Surgical experience preferred.
