Hospital-Based Hemodialysis Team We are growing our inpatient dialysis program and seeking experienced LPNs to join a structured, team-based care model focused on safe, high-quality hemodialysis delivery. This role is designed for LPNs who prefer full-day clinical shifts and value consistency without on-call obligations. Position Overview The LPN will provide hemodialysis treatment in hospital settings under the supervision of a full-spectrum RN team. This role focuses on direct treatment delivery, patient monitoring, and dialysis workflow support within defined licensure parameters. This is not a solo-provider position. LPNs will never be assigned independent hospital coverage or on-call responsibility. What to expect: The Boise OR is St Lukes Health System’s largest operating room and the Treasure Valley’s pediatric trauma center. With 17 operating rooms we serve all specialties except for CVOR and L&D, with more than 200 surgeons across four specialty teams – General, Neuro, Ortho, and Oscopy, including robots – and patient populations ranging from newborn to geriatric. We also have protocols in place to help us provide surgery safely to patient’s testing COVID positive. Staff work all kinds of shifts to cover the local populations surgical needs with an innovative call team for most nights and weekends.
