We are currently seeking highly dependable, mature, and reliable Caregivers who love to care for the elderly and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors in the Casa Grande area! Our Caregivers provide, personal care, transportation, and support services to clients in a Comfort Keepers established Personal Care Program Location: Casa Grande, AZ Essential Functions: Provides general attention to clients non-medical needs in accordance with an established Plan of Care. Provides for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients by completing light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client’s garments and linens. May prepare and serve meals as directed. Ensures that dishes are washed and kitchen clean after each meal. Assists client in completing necessary phone calls, letter writing, etc. Accompanies client on walks, community trips, doctor’s office, bank, beauty salons, etc. Reminds client to take self-administered medications. Observes and reports any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor in a timely manner. Establishes and maintains effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers. Participates in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by immediate supervisor. Completed required documentation of services delivered and submits to office in a timely manner according to policy. Uses equipment and supplies safely and properly. Maintains confidentiality regarding client information. Provides companionship for the client including, but not limited to: talking and listening, reading aloud, providing social and emotional support. Promotes the client’s mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest. Provides emotional support and promotes a sense of well-being. Other reasonable related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must demonstrate satisfactory completions of any stated mandated training. Applicant must be bondable and meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks: Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record, Credit History, Professional and Personal Reference Checks, and give permission to submit to random drug and alcohol testing. Must have reliable transportation and fulfill assignments with reliability and punctuality. Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Must satisfactorily complete Comfort Keepers training and orientation program.

Overview NaphCare is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant (CMA/CNA) to join our team of medical professionals in the Eyman Facility in Florence, AZ. Pay rates range from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on shift, site needs, licensure, and experience. Full Time and Part Time positions may be available! $2,500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time. As a Correctional CMA , you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to provide care to the individuals in residence. Working within a controlled environment, where security is top priority and the days are never dull, you will have various duties to keep you engaged including assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals with examinations, taking patient histories, vital signs, supporting administrative tasks, etc. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex medical needs. *New grads are encouraged to apply - we'll train you in the exciting field of correctional healthcare!* Responsibilities As a (CMA/CNA) , you will play a critical role in our continued mission to provide quality healthcare that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Duties and responsibilities may include and not be limited to: Clinical Duties: Performing patient assessments, interviewing patients about current health problems, medication history Taking vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight Administering medication (under the direction of a physician) Providing basic wound care Performing basic laboratory tests Assisting providers during patient examinations and procedures Providing basic patient education and instructions Administrative Duties: Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Maintaining inventory of medical and office supplies Answering phones, emails and other forms of communications Qualifications Requirements / Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Certificate Current Certification as Certified Medical Assistant in AZ Able to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred) Ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, including those with mental health or substance abuse issues Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information and integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
