The LPN - Long Term Care job provides individual and family-centered nursing care and treatment to pediatric, elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents. This role assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. This role provides direction, education, and begins to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level.
