To assist licensed personnel in the delivery of quality patient care. • Assist the nurse or physician with patient care and documentation in accordance with the scope of Certified Nurse Aide scope of practice. • Provide assistance or complete care with personal hygiene, skin care and mobilization for patients. • Transport patients within the ED and to other departments as needed. • Other duties as assigned. 
Under general supervision, demonstrates proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, contributes to the nursing assessment and the development of the nursing care plan, and participates in the evaluation of nursing care, in accordance with established philosophy. REQUIRED SKILLS • Excellent customer service skills. • Self-directing, able to work with little direct supervision. • Empathy for the needs of patients. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate through spoken and written English. • Treats patients and others with courtesy and respect, presenting a positive public image. • Works well as a team member. • Ensures confidentiality and security of patients' medical information. Provides patient care in an office setting under the supervision of the medical provider. Meets the communication needs of the patient / family and medical provider. Maintains and follows regulatory requirement and policies and procedures. Communicates with medical providers and staff about patient’s clinical condition.
