Communicate critical incidents to the DON or Administrator on call. Resident & Family Relations Foster compassionate, resident-centered care and ensure residents’ dignity and rights are upheld. Qualifications Licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State . Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience , with at least 1 year in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility . Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred. Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of NYS DOH and CMS nursing home regulations.
