Under the direction of BNBMC Occupational Health Medical Director and County Facility Leadership the Nurse Practitioner exercise sound clinical judgement and advocate for health and safety of patients while balancing operational requirements of the correctional and shelter environments. The primary care nurse practitioner (PCNP) renders medical care to patients in the ambulatory clinics and off-site practices. The PCNP is responsible for providing comprehensive care management, chronic disease management, preventative care and wellness.
