About the Unit: Lotus is a secured treatment program that provides intensive community transition services for at risk youth aged 11-17. Designed to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, emotional stabilization, and self-sufficiency skills to ultimately help participants live in a more independent setting. Education/Experience: Licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
