Maintains and implements cost containment measures. Initiates communication with the Chief Nursing Officer in areas that require feedback. Job Description Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida is currently seeking an Acute Care Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to work PRN in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center. Responsibilities include admitting patients from the Pediatric ED, rounding on patients in the PICU, attending trauma alerts in the Pediatric ED, consulting with the pediatric subspecialists, and educating nurses, APPs, medical students and residents.
