Assist in and out of shower and routinely assist resident in range of motion exercise. Follow turning and OOB schedules. Bend, twist and stoop on a regular basis and be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds. Assist residents with exercises, walking and encourage self help progress. Wash bed pans, urinals, commodes and wheelchairs. Pass feeding trays and assist residents in eating and picking up trays. Pass juice and snacks as required. Continuously make resident care rounds, placing side rails, reposition residents, encouraging and alleviating distress using proper methodology. Change and clean up an incontinent resident.
