Description The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members. Registered Nurse - PICU (0.9FTE, Nights) Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for experienced pediatric ICU RNs that meet eligibility requirements. If you have experience working with adult populations, we will provide training on working with pediatric patients and their families while leveraging the adult RN experience you already have. Charge Nurse 0.9 FTE, Nights, 1800 start, Monday through Wednesday As an integral member of the health care team, the Charge RN functions within the scope of practice as defined by the State and the ANA Scope and Standards for Pediatric Nursing Practice.
