Description The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service setting such as inpatient, procedural, emergency department or ambulatory care. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of: clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment, retention, labor relations, supply chain and budget, staffing, employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, staff education, medical records, internal and external regulatory and survey requirements. Job Details APP – NP or PA – Electrophysiology (EPS) Lab M-F 9A to 5P Outpatient focus only - Ambulatory Practice Job Summary: The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the Electrophysiology (EPS) Lab will collaborate with electrophysiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing procedures in the EPS lab. This role will involve performing assessments, assisting in diagnostic procedures, providing preoperative and postoperative care, and ensuring continuous support for patients with arrhythmias. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Support: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and pre-procedural assessments. Review and interpret patient diagnostic results, including ECGs, Holter monitors, and electrophysiology studies. Assist in the identification and management of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and atrial flutter. Provide education and counseling on lifestyle changes, medication management, and post-procedure care for patients with arrhythmias.
