This role is responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with Ohio Department of Health (ODH) regulations, maintaining survey readiness, and leading quality improvement initiatives across both locations. This position is ideal for a highly organized, regulation-driven nurse who excels in audits, corrective action planning, and staff education.
