Overview This role is ideal for an Advanced Practice Provider who is looking to combine their clinical and program development expertise to grow the Peninsula Palliative Care program in our Hampton, Newport News and Williamsburg offices. In this role, the APP acts as a palliative care consultant to an interdisciplinary team for complex pain and symptom management working in collaboration with providers, social work, nurse navigators and nurses.
