Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem, Day Shift Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established medical and nursing care plans. The LPN administers medications and treatments, monitors resident conditions, and collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager and Charge Nurse to ensure high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care.
