Properly assist the provider in recording prescribed treatments, medications, lab requisitions, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions, prior authorization, obtaining consents, and procedures within established guidelines. Take payments, book follow-up visits, and track inventory used during visits as needed. Learn and adhere to new workflows including Klara paperwork, patient notifications, and patient messaging. Keep the office clean and remove waste. Assist in covering the front desk or greeter role when the office needs. Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance. May be asked to do additional tasks for office and patient care as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (including required licenses/certifications, education and job knowledge/experience): Current Florida RN License Current BLS Certification Basic Arrhythmia skills Completion of a Telemetry/Critical Care course preferred Computer Skills Ability to communicate in English Graduate of accredited school of nursing EXPERIENCE No experience required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of speech to share information through oral communication. Constant standing and walking. Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, reaching and keyboard use/data entry. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of smell to detect/recognize odors. Frequent use of hearing to receive oral communication, distinguish body sounds and/or hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Occasional lifting/moving of patients. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. WORK SCHEDULE 12 Hour Shifts Day (7a) and Night (7p) positions available
